President and CEO Bob Nagel embodies the vision and culture of the firm. William Ryan

Executive Vice President/COO

As Executive Vice President of ADCI, Bill's responsibility is to ensure the firm's success as it relates to operational performance. He provides the ADCI team a support level of management that seeks to provide a quality design process, on schedule and on budget. The main focus is always on client satisfaction. Through the course of Bill's career, he has been a carpenter, construction site superintendent, construction project manager/estimator and architectural field administrator. This full project viewpoint is perhaps one reason why Bill was selected as a "Power 25" leader by Aquatics International Magazine.

As one of ADCI's Principals, Jason is responsible for supervising the entire project team and achieving complete client satisfaction on his projects. Incorporating more than 20 years of design experience with keen business insight and understanding of market practices, development and construction, Jason functions as a true consultant and advisor to his clients.

Russ Eilers

Russ Eilers, AIA
Director of Design

With over 20 years of design and architectural experience, Russ provides document review and project oversight to our in-house and external design teams. He assists teams with building code review and analysis, detailing and overall project design, and also performs quality control reviews of projects at several points throughout the design process and at project completion.

Additionally, he coordinates our overall project schedules to ensure that our design teams are sufficiently staffed to efficiently meet their project deadlines and our client's needs.

When not at work, Russ enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family and traveling, as well as designing and building custom furniture for family and friends.

Brad Servin

Brad Servin, AIA
Senior Architect

With more than 25 years of design and construction experience, Brad deftly guides clients through all phases of planning, design and construction with a focus on commercial and industrial projects. Brad's attention to each client's needs and individuality translates to design solutions uniquely suited to their situation.

In addition to client responsibilities, he manages ADCI's growing Madison location.

When not at the office or a job site, Brad gives back to his community by coaching youth soccer and hockey. Relaxing on a river bank with his fishing pole is a favorite pastime.

Meg Roback

Meg Roback, AIA, LEED AP
Senior Architect

An award-winning architect, Meg channels her creative energy into diverse projects types – from hospitality and leisure to municipal, commercial and education. She expertly manages architectural design services from initial programming through design and construction. Her life-long passion for design and commitment to quality elevate her work beyond the expected, resulting in thrilled clients who turn to Meg time and again.

Meg is an accomplished guitarist – acoustic rock and folk rock being her favorite genres. When time permits, she enjoys writing her own music. Golf, bicycling and kayaking are what draw her outdoors.

Dave Cameron

Dave Cameron, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, NCARB
Senior Architect

Dave's experience spans a broad-spectrum of private and public projects over the past 25 years, including auto dealerships, industrial facilities, medical office buildings, municipal buildings such as police and ambulance stations, public works facilities, retail buildings, banks and financial institutions, public libraries, multi-family housing, restaurants, utility buildings and office buildings. Dave has managed all aspects of architectural design services from feasibility studies and programming through design and contract administration. His keen attention to detail, consensus-building skills and fostering of a collaborative process results in successful projects and enthusiastic clients time after time.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys the great outdoors, especially backpacking and canoeing with the family. Woodworking in his home shop is also a favorite pastime.

Michael Maas

Michael Maas, AIA, NCARB
Senior Architect

From evenings spent with his father crafting woodworking projects to starting out as a construction site helper during school summer breaks at age 12, Mike has always had construction as a part of his life. His professional background includes over 20 years in commercial construction, design and detailing. The past 12 of those years have included comprehensive project management including a full range of services from concept to completion to his clients. His construction background is a key factor in Mike's ability to deliver project designs that are creative and innovative while also buildable and cost-efficient.

Mike loves his work and enjoys building camaraderie with his clients and project team. He has executed projects consisting of hospitality, recreation, office, retail, governmental, commercial and industrial facilities. With a keen eye for detail and coordination, Mike takes pride in creating and managing projects that exceed client expectations, while offering a delivery method that fosters professional trust and friendships that stand the test of time.

Camping, hunting, fishing and running are only a few of the many outdoor activities Mike enjoys with his wife and son. If the task involves being outdoors, you can count on Mike to be first in line – work or play.

Dustin Struckmeyer

Dustin Struckmeyer, NCIDQ, LEED AP
Director of Interior Design

Dustin is an award-winning interior designer whose career has included owning his own design studio specializing in mid- to high-end commercial and residential interiors and several years with a prominent Madison-area firm providing full-scope interior design services for projects of up to 270,000 SF and FF&E projects up to $6.6 million. He designed creative and functional interior environments for a variety of clients with a focus on higher education, financial and municipal projects along with significant experience with correctional and justice facilities. Most recently, Dustin was the Instructor of Record for numerous interior design courses at Madison College where he developed curriculum and directly instructed students in the many aspects and principles of interior design.

As Director of Interior Design, Dustin oversees all aspects of the design process for his team, from concept design to construction documents and construction administration.

In his off hours, Dustin is a cooking and baking enthusiast and particularly enjoys using vegetables from the family garden and fresh eggs from their chickens. Dustin and his spouse also enjoy tent camping and other outdoor adventures with their two dogs, Norm and Ollie.

Justin Nagel

Justin Nagel, MBA
Business Development

Justin is a seasoned Business Development Professional with a demonstrated history of success in both the architectural design industry and financial markets. Connecting people to people, and people to projects, is where Justin really thrives. His commitment to the clients of ADCI is evident from a pre-design meeting all the way through project completion. He prides himself on being readily accessible to clients and industry partners alike. He serves as a trusted advisor to the firm Principals while qualifying leads, assembling project interview strategies and making strategic planning decisions for ADCI’s continued success. His focus in business development includes capture plans for target clients and strengthening key existing client relationships.

Equally comfortable in a board room setting or job site, Justin loves talking about ADCI and how the firm can add value to its clients and fellow industry partners. He is continually building new relationships, building up trust in the ADCI team, forging strong partnerships with developers, C Suite stakeholders, senior care operators and industry colleagues.

Jason Ryan

Architect

Jason has earned a reputation for creativity and thoroughness since joining the ADCI staff in 2011. Since then, he has successfully tackled increasingly more challenging project assignments.

His unique strengths include design concepts and a talent for reinterpreting classic styles and materials and giving them a contemporary spin. His ability to blend modern design with rustic elements has received accolades.

While Jason has worked on a myriad of building types in diverse industries, he is most drawn to hospitality, boutique hotels and high-end, custom residential. Jason has worked on projects from $300,000 to $8,000,000 in construction.

Additionally, Jason continues to pursue his interest in sustainable design practices to help clients reduce the carbon footprint of their buildings.

Josh Nagel

Construction Administrator

Josh has earned a reputation for attention to detail and collaboration since joining the ADCI staff in 2013. With a keen eye for detail and effective communication skills, Josh skillfully navigates the complex projects and fast paced construction schedules often seen today. He takes pride in being a strong owner’s advocate while working closely with them throughout the building process to help bring their new spaces to life.

Josh has managed a wide variety of projects including hospitality, recreation, office, retail, municipal, restaurant, childcare and educational. He has overseen projects of a varying size and scope from $100,000 to $49,000,000.
